Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • The product must not be damaged or tampered with.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Note: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used cosmetic products.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • The amount will be refunded to your original payment method.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective

  • Damaged during delivery

If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used beauty/cosmetic products

  • Items purchased on sale or discount (unless damaged)

  • Personal care items for hygiene reasons


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
